Thank you for choosing Jefferson Mack Metal’s finely handcrafted products. Order by phone, fax, mail or e-mail.
Terms of Payment: We accept pre-payment by check, MasterCard or Visa. No C.O.D. For accounts with approved credit we offer Net 30, which can be applied for after you have ordered and paid for $2,000 in merchandise. Interest of 1.5% per month, or a fraction thereof (annual rate of 18% calculated from invoice date) will be charged to balances seven days past due date. Customer agrees to be liable for all collection costs, including attorney’s fees, whether or not a lawsuit is filed.
Shipping Information: We ship through Fed-Ex. Please allow 7-10 days delivery unless otherwise specified when ordering. There will be an additional $1.50 charge to ship to a residence.
Damages from Shipping: If the products are damaged through shipping, save the packaging and place a claim through Fed-Ex Ground. You will need to collect your refund through Fed-Ex. Call us immediately if you want us to reship any items. You will be re-billed for the new items.
Return Policy: We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from us. There is a 25% restocking fee on all items. Call us for a RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA Number. You must indicate the reason for return. We will not pay for return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error in shipping the item. If returning the product, repack the item securely, including the packing slip and original packaging and ship back to us. If you do not have your packing slip, please include the invoice number in the package. Items must be in sellable condition to receive a full refund or credit.
